We’ve engineered this single 2x HDMI socket to be as sleek as possible.
The antique brass-finished front plate is only 1.5mm thick and sits flush to the wall. It attaches to the back plate using clips for a screwless look.
This HDMI socket is handy behind the TV for tidying cables. Use it to plug in up to two HDMI devices (like set top boxes), then trace the wires behind the wall and use a second socket to connect in behind the screen.
Antique brass is what’s called a ‘living’ finish because it reacts to the air and moisture around it, causing it to darken (especially in the areas you touch most). We’ve given it a head start by ageing it by hand, so it has that antique look right out the box. The plastic insert around the socket itself has a low-sheen, slightly textured finish.
